The Rentenna Score

Using our algorithm, the Rentenna Score takes everything important when renting an apartment and lets you know quickly and efficiently if a building is where you want to live. There's some pretty complicated math behind how it works, but factors include value, amenities, convenience, neighborhood, landlord, building history, resident ratings, and more... New data points are being incorporated into the algorithm regularly and our system, in beta right now, is constantly being refined based on your feedback.
